Sending a television

What’s allowed

• Flat-panel TVs (LCD/LED/OLED): new or used. One unit per shipment is recommended. Declare the brand, model and screen size.
• Monitors: treated similarly to TVs. Pack upright with corner protection.
• Accessories: the remote, stand and power cord may go inside the box. Do not include loose lithium power banks or unrelated items.

56 inches and above are not accepted by air due to the high risk of breakage. Contact ShipLite about sea cargo with special handling.

TV bookings must be arranged directly with ShipLite. Contact us on WhatsApp; do not use the standard online parcel booking for a television.

Packing & handling

• Double-box upright: use the original box inside an outer double-wall carton, foam corner guards and rigid front/back sheets. Mark FRAGILE and THIS SIDE UP.
• All TVs undergo airport X-ray and security screening. Damage caused by poor packing is not covered.
• One unit per shipment is recommended. Avoid commercial quantities. Keep the TV upright and do not stack.

Not accepted by air

• TVs 56 inches and above: ask about sea cargo with special handling.
• CRT televisions, damaged or unsafe units, and units containing hazardous liquids.
• Loose lithium power banks: do not place them inside the TV box.
