How does ShipLite work?
Pack and declare your parcel, send it to Unit 40, 191 McCredie Road, Smithfield NSW 2164, and we’ll arrange shipping and delivery in the Philippines.

We compare actual weight with volumetric weight for one parcel, apply the correct shipping rate and add the parcel fee.
EstimateDoes a Schedule entry guarantee my shipment?
No. The Schedule is a guide only and does not guarantee a place on a particular flight.

Enter your tracking number and select Track shipment to see the latest details.
TrackHow do I check an item?
Read the sending guide and declare every item accurately. We confirm final acceptance during Booking and handling.
What Can I Send?What about language and Privacy?
You can switch between English and Filipino. The site remembers your language choice in this browser; see Privacy for details.
Why doesn’t ShipLite offer home pickup?
We keep our shipping prices sensible by letting customers choose how to get their parcel to our Sydney warehouse. It also helps us operate safely and fairly for our staff and delivery partners. You can use Australia Post, Uber, another courier, bring it yourself, or soon use one of our drop-off partners.
