Service scope
ShipLite supports parcels originating in Australia and delivered to recipients in the Philippines through its Sydney warehouse process.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate shipment and item information, use appropriate packaging and arrange transport to Unit 40, 191 McCredie Road, Smithfield NSW 2164.
Assessment and timing
Item acceptance, charges and shipment timing remain subject to the approved booking process and operational assessment.
